Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything is stored on the device and goes to the cloud by itself once there is a connection again. You can walk a whole round in an area with no coverage and only sync when you get home.
Where does our data live?
In Belgium, on Google Cloud in St. Ghislain. It does not leave the European Union. The data processing agreement and the privacy statement are on this site and are written against what the system actually does.
Can we put our own logo and colour on the report?
Yes. Logo, organisation name and accent colour per project, with your exact colour code if you have one. The report then carries your name and not ours.
Can we import our own inventory?
Yes, via CSV or GeoJSON, in Lambert 72 or WGS84. Your own identifiers come back out with an export, so your system updates the point it already knows rather than gaining a duplicate.
What happens to faces and number plates?
You can obscure them on the device before the photo goes anywhere. The pixels are genuinely removed, not covered with a box that can come off again.
Which devices does it run on?
In the browser, today. The Android and iOS builds exist but are not in the stores yet; that is a matter of weeks, not months.
Can we try it?
There is no self-service trial yet. We would rather set up a pilot with a real round in it, because an empty account tells you nothing. Email us and we will arrange something.
What does it cost and how do you invoice?
See the pricing on the home page. For a public body we invoice on an accepted invoice with payment terms, which stays under the threshold for low-value public procurement.
